Saturday Special Paddleboard with Tandem Unified Wellness!

Join Jenni and Denzel of Tandem Unified Wellness for a paddleboard adventure!
we will pump up and be ready to leave the kayak launch area at 100-52 temperance lake Rd (so arrive early to pump up!) once on the water, we will go for a short paddle, anchor down, and have a class, which may include yoga, Pilates and other exercises. we will then have some social time to eat and play on the boards or in the water, before paddling back!
Plan for about 3 hours, bring a lunch/snacks and drink. bring sunscreen, and bug spray if desired.
when paddling, please ensure you have the appropriate safety gear such as a lifejacket on board, an emergency water kit (a fox 40 orange marine bailer kit works wonders!) an anchor, and dry bag if desired!
if you would like to rent a board, it is $20, and needs to be arranged before the event with Tandem, as we have two boards available to rent.
