Reiki Guided Meditation and Meal with Tandem Unified Wellness and Anthophile Cafe & Patio

Join Jenni (of Tandem Unified Wellness)at Anthophile Cafe & Patio for a beautiful outdoor Reiki infused Guided Meditation.
Bring a mat(or two), perhaps a light blanket, pillow and anything that will make you feel comfortable as you lay on the paving stone patio. During the 45 minutes, you will be guided through a relaxation, a meditation, and benefit from Reiki energy that is channeled through Jenni and shared with all participants.
No experience needed!
Enjoy a lovely BLT Croissant, and beverage of your choice provided by Anthophile cafe!
