420 Yin Yoga & Meditation Event

Join Kat for a 420 Yin Yoga experience followed with a Soundbath Meditation in the Zen Den. Arrival at 4pm, then, those chosing to can do their micro dose with Yoga starting at 4:20pm
This is a bring your own cannabis (BYOC) event.
Whether you prefer edibles or an old fashioned joint, the intent is, doing a micro dose can help you and your body relax and create a more grounding and enjoyable experience.
You are also welcome to join the event without the integration of plant medicine.
