Forest Bathing Experience & Wellness Lunch

Step into the serenity of the New Forest this summer for a guided forest bathing experience.

Join Jess, a Shinrin-Yoku coach and member of our fitness team, for a calming, meditative walk through ancient woodland, using breathwork and mindfulness to reconnect with nature.

Spa Boutique Manager Hazel will also share the benefits of essential oils for emotional wellbeing, adding a nurturing touch to this sensory journey.

Choose from a morning or afternoon session, both including a light wellness lunch at Careys Manor to reflect and unwind.

Morning session

11 am Forest bathing session
12.45pm Light wellness lunch
1.45pm, guests may depart at their leisure or continue to unwind at Careys Manor, where drinks are available to purchase from the Neigh Bar

Afternoon session

12.45 pm Light wellness lunch – guests are welcome to arrive beforehand, where drinks are available to purchase from the Neigh Bar

2.15 pm Forest bathing session
