🌸 Mum & Baby Yoga – Free/Donation Sessions (Broadbeach)

You're warmly invited to a nurturing Mum & Baby Yoga class held every Monday morning, 8:30–9:15 AM at the beautiful Broadbeach Cultural Centre.

🧘‍♀️ Designed for mums and babies aged 3–12 months (newborns and crawlers only – not yet walkers)
💛 Free or by donation – in the spirit of accessibility and community care
🎗 A portion of donations is gifted to Starlight Children’s Foundation Australia

This is a gentle space to:
✨ Reconnect with your body post-birth
✨ Bond with your baby through movement and breath
✨ Share in sacred community with other conscious mothers

Whether you're easing back into movement or just seeking connection, you're welcome here – exactly as you are.

📌 What to bring: Yoga mat, a blanket for your baby, water bottle, and an open heart
