Join us for an unforgettable yoga and music experience at Fishcombe Cove—a peaceful hideaway and one of the English Riviera Geopark’s hidden gems. Surrounded by red cliffs and overlooking the sea, this stunning natural setting is the perfect backdrop for our monthly Sunset Flow Sessions.
Guided by DJ Luna and Nicola, each session pairs soulful yoga with a live DJ set, creating a vibrant fusion of movement, music, and nature.
For our Disco Edition, we’ll move and groove to classic and uplifting disco beats—bringing playful energy, lightness, and plenty of smiles to your practice. Expect a dynamic yet accessible flow that’s all about freedom, joy, and connection, open to all levels. After the yoga session, you’re invited to stay and enjoy a refreshing mocktail, a little dancing, and the chance to connect with others as the sun dips below the horizon.
Limited spaces (10 max) so booking is essential! Suitable for all levels. Bring your own mat and blanket, but let me know if you need one and we will be using essential oils to support our practice & meditation.
