A day long workshop in central Bristol at the magical Mount Without with sprung floor, a juicy sound system and a lot of movement.

In SOURCE we explore the root and soul of our dance. Shedding layers to explore the sacred, sensual and spirited core of our being.

Whether it be through intuition or inspiration we'll be plugging into ourselves, harnessing the energy around us and allowing our embodiment to do the talking.
