Have a go at Long Reining

Have you ever wondered how to long rein?

Being able to work your horse from the ground has a host of benefits and can ultimately help you and your horse create a greater bond. This clinic will give you all the information you need, from the use of tack and equipment, how to start off, and also how to develop your skills to improve your horse's way of going from the ground.

You won't need to bring a horse, just yourself, hat, gloves and sturdy footwear.

Your coaches Heather McClain (BHSI) and Jo Rawlins (APC) will demonstrate long reining for different purposes and will be on hand to answer questions. Two different horses will be used in the demonstration and provided to give you the opportunity to have a go yourself.
