FS Maths Enhanced Programme

This is a face to face classroom based course. It aims to support the development of numeracy confidence and skills to enable Learners to become exam ready to achieve a Nationally recognised Functional Skills Maths qualification.

Learning Outcomes:

Order and compare fractions​, simplify fractions​, and express one number as a fraction of another.​
​Read and write decimals up to three decimal places​, add, subtract, multiply and divide decimals.
Name common angles and their size, describe position or direction using angles, and measure angles in degrees.

This course will take place on Wednesdays - 17th September 2025 - 15th July 2026

There will be an assessment session for learners on 10th September 2025.

This course is open to learners with few or no qualifications aged 19 years plus (in August ’25)
