We are back with another crash course! This time focusing on No-Gi Jiu-Jitsu. No-Gi is quickly becoming the most popular aspect of Jiu-Jitsu with the rise in popularity of UFC and other BJJ superfight promotions. In this 6-week crash course, we will give you a wide overview of all the Jiu-Jitsu techniques you need to know before starting into regular classes. Maybe you've wanted to try Jiu-Jitsu for a while but haven't made the jump yet. This is a great course to jump into if you have little to know Jiu-Jitsu experience.
The course will be on Tuesdays and Thursdays @6pm
All you need to bring is workout clothes and a water bottle
If you pre-register before the last day of June the price will be discounted to 129$ which can either be paid in-house or over the phone
