Her work integrates attachment theory, Poly Vagal Theory , Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method, with a strong focus on relational patterns, nervous system awareness, and the relationship with self. Author of ‘The Love Blueprint’ released 2025. 

Heidi brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to understanding how internal systems shape emotional and relational experience, creating spaces that prioritise safety, curiosity, and reflective depth.

Workshop 2 -(Allied Health Practitioners) The Love Blueprint Workshops Series – 2026

Cost: $350 (CPD certificate provided)

This workshop is designed for Allied Health Professionals and Therapists seeking to deepen their relational work through an evidence-based, trauma-informed lens. The training integrates Gottman Method principles, attachment theory, nervous system awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support more effective and compassionate couples and relational therapy.

Clinicians will gain:

A deeper understanding of attachment styles through an IFS framework
Increased awareness of how therapist and client nervous systems interact in relational work
