Heidi Louise is a Brisbane-based trauma-informed psychotherapist/ Accredited Mental Health Social Worker/ Circle of Security Parenting Facilitator with extensive experience working with individuals, couples, and families. Her work integrates attachment theory, Poly Vagal Theory , Internal Family Systems (IFS), and the Gottman Method, with a strong focus on relational patterns, nervous system awareness, and the relationship with self. Author of ‘The Love Blueprint’ released 2025.
Heidi brings a compassionate, evidence-based approach to understanding how internal systems shape emotional and relational experience, creating spaces that prioritise safety, curiosity, and reflective depth.

Through an Internal Family Systems (IFS) informed lens, we’ll gently explore how your inner parts learned to protect, connect, and belong and how these inner relationships influence how you experience others.

Workshop 2 -(Allied Health Practitioners) The Love Blueprint Workshops Series – 2026

This workshop is designed for Allied Health Professionals and Therapists seeking to deepen their relational work through an evidence-based, trauma-informed lens. The training integrates Gottman Method principles, attachment theory, nervous system awareness, and Internal Family Systems (IFS) to support more effective and compassionate couples and relational therapy.
Clinicians will gain:
A deeper understanding of attachment styles through an IFS framework
Increased awareness of how therapist and client nervous systems interact in relational work
Insight into emotional triggers and conflict patterns as protective parts
Greater clarity around how trauma and exiles present in relational dynamics
