A huge thank you to Brown belt teacher Peta Weatherley who kindly subbed for me for all my Saturday morning classes whilst I was overseas. �� Here she is (on the right) with longtime Nia dancer & visitor from Israel Anat Oppenheim (in the middle) & recent regular NiawithTrish dancer @Deena (on the left) from the Caribbean! �� I am so grateful for our worldwide Nia family. ��
