RUCKUS POETRY SLAM!
Ruckus invites you to share your words, poems, shopping lists, lyrics, or 15 yr old diary on the stage at Lefty's for Brisbane's largest and longest running poetry slam!

Our audience will hear your words, cheer, give you hugs and occasionally sing.
It's a poetry slam with a twist.
Created over the past 10 years there are traditions that we cannot explain and performances we cannot forget. Come and join us, be inspired, create something new, make a friend and yell at our MCs.

You all turned out in droves for our DOOR TICKETS ONLY last month so we are doing it again! This means its way cheaper for you - just $20 on the door, no admin fees.
BUT WHAT IF YOU SELL OUT! we hear you cry.
This venue fits like 300 people. we won't.

Sign Up starts at 6.30pm
Only 16 spaces
2 minutes 30 seconds on the mic
No props or costumes
There will be unqualified judges, several winners, unwanted prizes and many dinosaur related comments.
