It's beach yoga time, friends! Join us at the newly renovated Riverview Park & Campground to experience the tranquility of beach yoga with the summer squad! Step away from your usual routine and reconnect with yourself in one of nature's most peaceful settings...the beach! Connect with us for an unforgettable yoga session where the sand become your mat and the waves set the rhythm. This is your invitation to connect, ground, and glow in nature with us!
What to Bring:
~ Beach towel, blanket, or mat
~ Water (hydration is key especially in the sun)
~ Weather appropriate clothes
~ An open mind & heart to ground with Mother Earth
~ If you are heat sensitive, dislike bugs and sand, this is not for you
~Wear your coolest sunglasses
Location is at the old Bay Mills Ball Diamond which is now newly renovated Riverview Park & Campground (the beach yoga location is to the left of the campground). Look for a sign by the road that says "Riverview Park & Campground" right past the Dancing Crane Coffee House.
Please Note: All beach yoga is weather permitting. In the event of rain, strong winds, too hot, or unsafe conditions sessions will be postponed or cancelled for safety and comfort for all participants. Weather updates will be shared via Facebook & Instagram prior to class time.
