We’re so excited to announce our newest way to unwind and connect—Pilates in the Pasture with Jerrica Jem! Join us Thursday evenings for a one-of-a-kind workout surrounded by peaceful pastures, fresh air, and the calming presence of our sweet mini cows. 🐮💛

✨ We’ll begin with gentle stretching to improve flexibility, followed by a Pilates-based full body workout. This class is designed for all fitness levels, with modifications offered whether you’re easing into movement or ready to feel the burn!

🧺 What to bring:

Yoga mat or beach towel

Water

A good attitude and someone to laugh with
