Walk to Wellness - Adams County Walks Event (Bilingual)
Join us for a mindful walk in the new Adams County Path to Wellness area at Riverdale Regional Park! This intimate healing garden, tucked along the South Platte River Trail within our Regional Park, provides a place of solitude for the community; designed to foster the connection between our mind and the nature around us.
This event is perfect for those looking to get outside, connect with their neighbors, and learn more about the new Path to Wellness space.
We will meet for a brief greeting by Pavilion B (turn right on Campground Ln from Park Blvd) and plan to depart 5 minutes after the start time.
There will be two groups available to join for this event - an English-guided tour and a Spanish-guided tour.
This walk is accessible for all ages, abilities, and fitness levels.
