Formed in New York City in 1981 The Toasters are the longest running US ska formation. They bridged the gap between England’s 2-Tone movement and the American ska explosion (which they are rightfully credited with starting). During the third wave ska revival The Toasters formed the famous Moon Records label. Which launched many a ska band.
