Sundial making & breathwork and movement on the beach - Community Monthly Beach Activity

This is one of a monthly community activity , from June to October which invites you to enjoy and engage with your local beach environment and other city residents. This booking is for the activity and date indicated only in return for a donation.

Each month we will deliver different activities in an outdoor friendly seaside setting allowing you to explore your local seafront.
The aim is to connect local people to the sea and beach environment to improve their mental health.

Activities will include walks, conversation, picnics, rock pooling, movement, beach art, mindfulness, creative connection, breathwork, paddling and more.
Attending all 5 is encouraged to ensure continuity in learning and community cohesion
