Ride to Litlington in East Sussex

On Sunday 13th July, we're meeting at the Rotunda Café, Preston Park, Brighton at 10.00 for a 10.15 departure. We'll ride out on cycle paths or quiet lanes to Stanmer, Lewes and from there to the Cadence Clubhouse café at Litlington where we'll have lunch. Bring a picnic lunch if you prefer that, and find a spot nearby to stop.

Return to Brighton will be via Cuckmere Haven (very short bumpy off-road); Seaford; Peacehaven and Saltdean. There will be a choice of cliff top or Undercliff.

If you plan to come on any of our rides, please make sure your cycle is in a roadworthy condition. Bring a puncture repair kit, spare inner tube (or as appropriate for tubeless tyres), essential tools, a mobile phone if you have one, something to eat and drink, sunscreen and/or waterproofs and warm clothing as appropriate. Please follow Cycling UK's guidance, and check with the ride leader about the distance and hilliness of the ride if you are unsure. Be prepared to give contact phone numbers at the start of a ride. Let the ride leader know if you have a medical condition that might affect your ride.
