If your mat classes are going well and you feel like taking on a new challenge to progress your Pilates practice, our reformer classes are dynamic sessions which build on everything you’ve learnt in your mat class. The reformer brings resistance, strength, and support to the Pilates repertoire. Its benefits are huge! Regular reformer classes help with deeper mobility and movement, building strength and encouraging correct alignment.

Jenny will guide you on how to use the machine and the many benefits it has.
