Emily Stone and Michelle Caris are both Certified Integrative Nutrition Health Coaches who specialize in fertility support coaching.
Emily is the founder of Whole Mama Michigan, a breastfeeding counselor, empowered birth educator, and mom of 3. Her background is in learning design, and she's thrilled to use that expertise to create next-level classes and workshops for women navigating their fertility and motherhood journey.
Michelle is a mom, wife, engineer, and passionate cycle tracker and PCOS advocate, having been told birth control pills were the only way to treat PCOS and taking it upon herself to find a better, more root cause approach. She enjoys creating resources to help guide other women along their fertility and pregnancy journey.
