Iyengar Yoga General Level Class

I teach a friendly Iyengar yoga class for people who have some experience of yoga, although it's not essential (feel free to pm me to chat about it).
We work through different asanas during the class, for example standing poses or seated poses, then usually ending with some resting poses. The class can be challenging but we work together to find a safe place for you to work accurately and effectively in the pose according to your experience and mobility.
This class is not suitable for complete beginners (I teach on Friday mornings for beginners).
