What if you let go of perfection? What if, instead of trying to paint a "pretty picture", you painted what you feel?
What if you let your intuition guide your brush?
Break free and join us for this immersive two-part workshop, where we will explore our inner landscapes, awaken our creative selves, meet our judgmental selves, and let it go.
This two-part workshop will be more intuitive and undirected than the last ones, and you will decide the size, shape, colour, symbol, and background of your mandala. This is going to be a very personal and authentic piece of Art.
I will provide you with the tools and explain how to use them. We will begin with breathing exercises and a short meditation; the workshop will be held in a quiet and relaxing environment so we can have a space to focus and explore more deeply.
The space for sharing stories, feelings, and thoughts about what you have created will be at the end of the session.
Part 1 13.09 2-5pm- Meditation, breaking through, exploring, creating, sharing and reflecting.
Part 2 18.10 2-5pm -Meditation, finding a different perspective, play, surrendering to the unknown, finishing, sharing and reflecting on our Art pieces
(You can attend only one workshop, although I can't guarantee the artwork will be finished and you won't benefit from the entire process of creation and its therapeutic value and priority in sapces is for those who are booking two sessions)
Price for one session only is ยฃ35

Why Mandala?
I want to share with the community the incredible benefits of
engaging in Mandala Art because this therapeutic tool has helped me in many ways.
Mandala, a Sanskrit word for "circle," represents a powerful form of
art that has been practised for centuries across various cultures. But
did you know that creating and experiencing Mandala Art can have a
profound impact on our well-being and personal growth? Here are a few
reasons why:
1๏ธโฃ Stress Reduction: Engaging in Mandala Art can be a therapeutic and
calming experience. The repetitive and intricate patterns help to
focus the mind, inducing a meditative state that reduces stress and
anxiety. It allows us to disconnect from the hustle and bustle of
daily life and find solace in the present moment.
2๏ธโฃ Self-Expression: Mandala Art provides a unique platform for
self-expression and creativity. As we create and design our own
Mandalas, we have the freedom to choose colours, shapes, and patterns
that reflect our emotions and inner thoughts. This process allows us
to connect with our authentic selves and express our unique
perspectives.
3๏ธโฃ Mindfulness and Concentration: Creating Mandalas requires
concentration and attention to detail. This focused engagement in the
present moment cultivates mindfulness, enhancing our ability to
concentrate and heightening our awareness. As we immerse ourselves in
the creation process, we experience a sense of flow, where time seems
to fade away.
4๏ธโฃ Emotional Healing: Mandala Art has been used as a form of therapy
to facilitate emotional healing and self-discovery. The act of
creating Mandalas can help us process and release emotions, providing
a safe and non-judgmental outlet for self-reflection. It can be a
powerful tool for exploring our inner world, fostering self-awareness,
and promoting emotional well-being.
5๏ธโฃ Balance and Harmony: The symmetrical and balanced nature of
Mandalas symbolise harmony and unity. By engaging with Mandala Art,
we invite balance into our lives and create a sense of order amidst
chaos. The process of creating Mandalas can bring about a feeling of
tranquillity, helping us find inner peace and align with our true
selves.
