Inner Alchemy Mini Retreat

The fullness of summer is blooming. At this month’s INNER ALCHEMY MINI RETREAT 28/6 1-4pm @thebritishengineerium We will be turning outward summer energy into a sustainable inner glow. Through guided Kundalini Practices, meditation and connection.

A few elements of the afternoon:

*A warm welcome
*Summer Shrine ritual
*Guided practices of connecting and intergrating the aftermath of luminous summer solstice energy to the heart and our Inner Being. Through movement (Kriya) breath work, meditations and mantras.
*Tea & yummy homemade cake

Who is this mini retreat for? If you would like to feel more centred and calm. This is a space to transition from that busy high energy state, to a sense of calm and connection to your innate being. � No need to be flexible or lycra wearing yogi. Newbies and regular yoga goers are welcome.
