Join local Brighton dance teacher and qualified fitness instructor Luke for a high-energy, feel-good dance class that’s all about great music, big moves and having a laugh while you work up a sweat.
Each week you’ll learn a full dance routine set to iconic pop bangers – think Beyoncé one week, J Lo the next – with choreography designed to get your heart pumping and your mood lifted. No dance experience needed – just bring your energy and a sense of fun.
No pressure, no judgement, just good vibes, great music and proper cardio in disguise.

Who’s it for?
These classes are aimed at adults with a general level of fitness. Please let Luke know about any injuries or health issues before the class begins.
