Concerts in the Common - Diggity Dom and Toussaint the Liberator

Taking place the 2nd Wednesday of each month at the Brighton Farmers Market, these family-friendly concerts present an eclectic soundscape of live music that include dance, juggling, and demonstrations.

This summer's lineup includes two acts every night and features local performers in everything from bluegrass, reggae, folk, salsa to Latin hip-hop, garage rock and Afrobeat and more!

July 9: Diggity Dom and Toussaint the Liberator

Diggity Dom is a high-energy performer who electrifies audiences with his dynamic stage presence, backed by talented dancers. Blending music, movement, and infectious charisma, he creates an immersive experience that keeps fans on their feet. Whether delivering powerful vocals or engaging the crowd with his signature style, Diggity Dom brings an unforgettable fusion of rhythm and entertainment to every performance.

Toussaint The Liberator band is a well seasoned band with musicians that have more than 100 years of experience combined performing, writing and recording music. They have been working individually for years and now have come together to form a supergroup of sorts with the express goal of centering black and brown artists who are attempting to seek, learn, and utilize the medicine present within African American culture in particular and the many cultures of the African Diaspora more broadly. They endeavor to preserve the history of black and brown music and the rich history of resistance to oppression that it represents.
