A fun, easy-to-follow dance fitness session featuring a mix of classic and contemporary jungle, drum and bass and some other bassy bangers. Eloise leads this exciting new class from us.

Great moves, dark clubby lighting, glowing instructor, allllll the nightclub vibes but actually you’re exercising!

It’s 50 minutes of non-stop fun.
