Beginner Mat Introduction class

We have a Beginner Mat Introduction class coming up……
Saturday 11th October at 11am with Tamsin. £17

Anyone of any ability and over the age of 14 can get started here in our Beginner Mat introductory class. Starting with core breathing and gentle postural movements, we will take you through the basic principles of Pilates which are key to understanding and getting the best from your group Pilates classes. Following on from this session you can then filter into any of our weekly Beginner classes.
