This week our Mind It group will be creating positive affirmation hearts.
The heart is associated with love and emotion. It represents both the physical and emotional impact of mental health challenges as well as the strength and resilience involved.
A solid reminder that you are not alone in your struggles.
With lots of patterned papers and positive affirmation stickers to choose from you can make your 'Healing Heart ' unique.
This is a fun and meaningful way to give yourself a positive daily reminder.

Mind It Group offers a safe and supportive environment to help you to navigate your mental health journey.
We encourage you to just come as you are!
This week we are at a fabulous venue that offers great drinks , snacks and amazing cake. Come and join us.
