Mind It Group. - Give It Time.

Time is so important because we only have a set amount of it.
Time is the most precious thing that any of us has yet we waste it!
We fritter it away on things that really dont matter , on people who dont deserve it and on activities that dont bring us joy.
it is so easy to get caught up worrying about the future or dwelling on the past....whilst in the present moment Time ticks on.
In today's fast paced world its easy to lose track of time as we rush from one thing to the next but equally if you suffer with your mental health minutes can feel like hours.

Have you ever stopped to thing about how much time is worth?
sometimes things do 'take time' and we have to be patient with ourselves and allow situations to develop, improve or resolve.
its ok to go at our own pace.
We have to Give it time. This includes nurturing our mental health and wellbeing.

This week we will be meeting at Sandies Cafe for breakfast / lunch together.
We will take part in some group activities about The importance of Time to help with our wellbeing. We will each make a clock pendant to remind us of everything that we have discussed.
£5.00 per person.
