Fire & Flow, Vinyasa Pop Up with Kaitlyn

Super excited to welcome instructor Kaitlyn to the studio this August as the brings her signature ‘Flow & Fire’ vinyasa flow to our space. Join us August 6th @ 6pm for a deep stretch with a bit of fire 🧘🏼‍♀️🔥🫶🏼

You may recognize Kaitlyn, as she attends regular classes at the studio, & teaches at a variety of high vibe places including lightship brewery in the summers, broad cove fire hall & 902 athletics.

Kaitlyn is a yoga teacher and personal trainer passionate about empowering you step into the strongest, most vibrant version of you. Kaitlyn's holistic approach to health and fitness, which she's crafted over a decade of teaching and working with clients, integrates yoga, strength, and mindset work. Expect to move through creative sequences set to uplifting beats!
