Restorative Yin Yoga & Meditation Classes

A gentle journey into stillness, surrender, and inner connection

This soothing morning class blends the deeply supportive stillness of Restorative Yoga with the grounding intensity of Yin Yoga, creating a nourishing practice for body, mind, and heart. Through a combination of long-held, fully supported restorative postures and deeper yin stretches, we release tension from the connective tissues while also calming the nervous system.

Each session is infused with heart-centered intention—inviting self-compassion, emotional openness, and inner peace. With the support of props and breath awareness, you’ll be guided to soften resistance, settle into presence, and gently reconnect with your inner self.

We close with a short guided meditation, creating space for reflection, gratitude, and integration.

Perfect for all levels, this class offers a sanctuary of stillness—a place to rest, restore, and return to the wisdom of your heart.
