38th annual Swim Across the Sound. A 15.5 mile Swim Marathon from Port Jefferson, NY to Bridgeport, CT. Raising funds for Cancer Patients who need financial assistance with rent, groceries, utilities & more. In 2024, you helped us raise $590,000 for patients!
