Jackie discovered yoga in 2011, initially drawn to its physical benefits, but it soon became a powerful journey of self-discovery. In 2020, she earned her 200-hour teaching certification and continues to deepen her knowledge through ongoing study. She is a dedicated instructor for Yoga In Our City, making yoga accessible to all. Her Rhythmic Roots Yoga series brings unique wellness collaborations to her community.

Info: Immerse yourself in a full day of wellness at ZenFest! Enjoy a variety of mental health and self-care activities, including cold plunges, sauna sessions, and an array of wellness vendors. After yoga ends at 12 PM, ZenFest begins! While general admission is free, some wellness experiences (like cold plunges and sauna sessions) may have individual pricing per vendor.
