📣 SUNSET YOGA THIS WEDS 18 JUNE 📣

Come join me THIS Weds on Ogmore front building warrior strength, inner calm and some salty hair along the way. Due to the tides we'll be up on the grass, not the beach but overlooking Hardy's Bay in Ogmore-by-Sea.

This class is suitable for all abilities.
Yoga 7pm - 8pm £10
Optional sea dip after if you're feeling brave (swim at your own risk)
