S.I.N: Strength in Numbers – Competition Breakdown
Date & Location:
📍 Physica Fitness, Bridgend

Format:
• Same-sex pairs (male/male or female/female)
• Open to all levels – scale the weights, split reps and cardio however you like
• Focus on teamwork, planning, and speed, not just lifting heavy
The Workout Sequence:
Ski 1.5 km
Bench Press
Row 1.5 km
Back Squat
Cycle 5 km
Deadlift
Assault Bike 5 km
Shoulder Press
Weights:
• Men: 2000 kg per lift (1500 kg shoulder press)
• Women: 1000 kg per lift
• Choose your weights at the start — lighter weights are totally fine, heavier is optional
Rules & Tips:
• Complete the full sequence as fast as possible
• Split the reps between partners however you like
• Registration: £40 per team
• Substitutions allowed up to event day
