Come and join us as we explore the beauty and hidden history of the Glamorgan Heritage Coast. Without doubt our most dramatic coastal walk.
We explore a monastic grange, a lighthouse, a church with an amazing 17th Century tomb and a castle, an Iron Age Hill Fort, A watch tower and old barracks.
We talk about bones, the Normans, cistercian monks, the Stradlings, shipwrecks, pirates and smugglers and bucket loads of interesting history, legend and folklore. All while walking along the clifftops of the heritage coast. Ending with a jar or two at the excellent Plough & Harrow pub.
This walk is part of the award winning Glamorgan History Walks Festival and is led by author and TV history expert Graham Loveluck-Edwards.
Tickets for adults £10, children 16 and under go free.
