Mother's Day Flower Moon Sound Bath

To celebrate this Mother’s Day, we’re hosting a special sound event at Brewerton Center for the Arts.

It’s our way of helping you share a moment of peace and appreciation with someone who means the world to you.

🫶 Bring a woman you treasure!
When checking out, just pay for one participant and enter the second guest’s name when prompted.
Or come on your own and enjoy the warmth of community.

🎶 What to expect:
You’ll lie down for 40–60 minutes while we play a variety of instruments around you, creating a calming atmosphere that supports deep rest and emotional ease.

📿 Tips for comfort:
– Wear loose, comfortable clothing that covers your whole body (you’ll cool down as you relax)
– Bring water, a mat and a blanket/bolster if you prefer
– Avoid heavy meals 2 hours before class for the best experience
