Vitality Workshop

Join me at Maple Hall in Brentwood (CM13 2EA) for a revitalising afternoon workshop!

The theme of this event is 'Optimising Vitality'. For many of us, stress, overwhelm, depression and fatigue become a vicious cycle, and there are many factors which lead to it. Ultimately the effect is that we lose enthusiasm and vitality for living life to it's fullest. But I'm fascinated in how we can better understand ourselves physically, emotionally and energetically, so that we can discover how to access our own reserves of vitality.

This workshop will encourage you to:

😮‍💨Harness the power of the breath to awaken and revitalise

🥗Learn techniques to improve digestion and metabolic health

☺️Understand your own rhythms, cycles, passions and purpose on a deeper level, to access a lighter way of living, in attunement with your self

🙆‍♀️Explore a series of movements that energise the mind, body and spirit

🧘‍♀️Close off the session with a restorative relaxation; leaving feeling refreshed and ready to live with more vitality and enthusiasm!

As ever, the event will include a small goody bag of bespoke wellbeing treats to take home.
