Join me for a monthly chakra meditation sound series with essential oils, crystals and sound to pair with each chakra!
The sacral chakra, or Svadhisthana, is located just below the navel and is the center of creativity, passion, and emotional expression. It governs your ability to experience pleasure, embrace change, and connect with your authentic desires. When balanced, it enhances your creativity, emotional flow, and intimate connections, allowing you to move through life with joy, confidence, and inspired energy.
In this monthly series you will learn about and smell 3 different high quality essential oils and 1 crystal energy that pairs with and supports each chakra. This class is great for beginners or old pros as it is all about receiving the different healing modalities while calming and stabilizing your energy.
Class will begin with a few words on the sacral chakra, crystal and essential oils selected to support you. Followed by a guided sacral chakra meditation where you will drift off into a sound bath for the remainder of class. There will be an opportunity after class to purchase take home reiki infused crystal bath bombs as well as reiki infused crystal essential oil rollers to support you once you have left the mat.
