Free Self-Defence

WE ARE BACK!!!

After a bit of a hiatus our FREE adult Self-Defence classes are back.

Our first session is booked for next week, and will run fortnightly until the end of March 2026.

Time: 20:30 - 21:30
Venue: Long Ridings Primary School, CM13 1DU
