Breathwork for Becoming

Join us for an evening of Breathwork to honor the journey of becoming—of softening control, releasing fear and shame, and opening to the fullness of who you are. In this active Pranayama practice, we will work with the breath to clear emotional and energetic blocks, regulate the nervous system, and reconnect with joy, creative flow, and the wisdom of the heart. As the summer ripens around us, this is an invitation to trust your path, embrace your expression, and return to the truth that you are already becoming exactly who you are meant to be.
