Join us for a fun Skills and Adventure Games Practice for ALL MidCo Athletes that are not participating in the High School A ride. As Coach Brett says,
"Skills = Free Speed".

and rain requiring us to cancel so many practices, take this opportunity to develop your bike skills with a smaller group practice at an easy, central location.
