Acupuncture & Sound Journey: Balancing the Fire Within

Join acupuncturist Maegan Lemp sound practitioner Joy Page and for a deeply nourishing journey through sound, acupuncture, and elemental wisdom.



As we gather, we will gently immerse in the vibrational medicine of sound while receiving an acupuncture treatment designed to support harmony and homeostasis during the summer season. Rooted in the wisdom of Chinese medicine, this experience will focus on balancing the Fire and Earth elements in body and mind—helping your system ride the waves of transition as summer's heat gives way to the slow turning of the season.



We’ll begin with a short discussion of the elemental energies of this time of year and how Meridian Therapy and Gemmotherapy can support you in staying grounded and aligned. From there, you’ll settle into restorative postures, where Joy will guide you through a soundscape designed to soothe the nervous system, while Maegan applies acupuncture to nourish the Earth element—governing digestion, clarity, and our ability to pivot with grace.



No experience necessary. Just bring your open heart, and let the sound, energy, and nature’s rhythm do the rest.
