SUP, Sound, and Breath is back for another time on August 9th from 5:30-8:30pm. Embark on a SUP tour of Brentwood Bay and then finish with a soothing breathwork and sound session on the water led by Catherine from Funketown Wellness.

✨ Start with a peaceful, guided sunset paddle through calm waters
🌬 Then, drift into a 45-minute gentle breathwork session
🔔 Finish with a 15-minute floating sound bath
