No hooning or antisocial behaviour Northside Streeterz & The Resto Mob are teaming up this month to make a 9year olds dream a reality.
This isn’t just a car meet and cruise. It’s a moment of joy, strength, and freedom for a little girl who’s fighting every day. It’s a chance to show that even when life isn’t fair, love and community can make magic happen.
Let’s give Skyler a memory that’s bigger than life —
a day where she’s not sick, not stuck in a hospital —
but cruising down the road, smiling, waving, and riding her dream.
Lets make her dream drive a reality, we would love to see all the amazing car community come together for this amazing and strong little girl.
This event will run hand in hand with the Gorilla Grind Monthly meet, and cruise through to the accelerate car meet in Narangba.
We will have raffles on the day along with a donation bucket to assist in anyway we can.
A full cruise map will be provided closer to the event.
Please share this event far and wide.

It is with a lump in my throat and a heavy heart that I write this to share with you the heartbreaking story of 9 year old Skyler. I ask for you to take the time to read their life changing reality.
Skylers parents Jason and Michelle were faced with every parents worst nightmare. For what they thought could be a suspected fractured leg, turned into hearing the unbearable news that Skyler has a rare and aggressive type of bone cancer called osteosarcoma, unfortunatley, this is now terminal.
"The recurring question “How do you do it? How do you stay strong and happy?”
And the answer is always the same—I do it for her.
Every laugh, every cuddle, every silly moment we share is a victory. We celebrate the now, because right now is all we truly have. When people talk about courage, they think it’s about big, dramatic battles. But for me, courage looks like dancing in the kitchen with my daughter even though my heart is breaking. It’s snuggling on the couch and watching the twilight movies for the hundredth time because it makes her happy. It’s choosing joy when grief is clawing at the door.
The diagnosis? It’s real. It’s heartbreaking. But it doesn’t get to own our story. We don’t live in the shadow of what’s coming—we live in the light of what we still have.
I am a mum, a wife, a woman trying to work when I can. Yes, the struggle is real and relentless. But every good day—no matter how small—is a gift wrapped in laughter and soaked in love.
So if you see me smiling, understand: it’s not denial. It’s a choice. A choice to honour the time we have. A choice to live fully in every second. Because she deserves that.
She teaches us every day what strength looks like. And I follow her lead."
