Hand pleating workshop, with Rachel Johnson

Rachel will guide you through the process of hand-pleating fabric using cardboard moulds and setting the pleats with steam.
Looking at memory in fabric, altering fabric permanently through heat and steam.
At the end of the workshop, participants pleated samples will be photographed, then put into a suitable framed mount.
£25 pp, including materials and refreshments.

Free entry to the Resilience Exhibition before/after the workshop. Exhibition runs from 10am to 5pm.
