GRGA Breck Women's Nutrition Night with Skratch Labs at The Crown

Join Gore Range Gravity Alliance at The Crown in Breckenridge for an evening of education with Skratch Labs in learning how best to fuel our bodies as active women! Hilary Kave MS, RD, CSSD is a Registered Dietitian and Certified Specialist in Sports Dietetics. She'll be teaching us the importance and benefits of proper nutrition for the mountain-woman athlete. Shout out to our friends at The Crown, Breckenridge for hosting us in their wonderful space!
