kindlestown Hill & The Old Octagon Ruins

This is short hike / walk at a leisurely pace. So plenty of chats along the way.

This scenic walk takes us up Kindlestown Hill via a quiet laneway.
At the top, we’ll enjoy stunning panoramic views of the Wicklow coastline. From here, we follow a short loop trail before descending into the Glen of the Downs Nature Reserve. We’ll explore a peaceful woodland loop, passing the mysterious Octagon ruins and taking in more beautiful viewpoints along the way.
Chats in wildlife folklore stories history during the walk.

Terrain. Primarily Wood land trails.
