We will be entering into your akashic records, spending time in guided meditation on a journey of discovery, we will also be venturing into lifetimes that hold the answer to why you are affected in certain ways or by certain things in this life. Such as phobias, inability to say no, lack of confidence, inability to trust others, feeling deeply connected to places never or seldom visited by you, natural talent for craftsmanship etc..
We will spend time in meditation with pre-programmed recorder crystals, holding these crystals to 'Crystal Gaze' to gain a inner visual or inner knowing of events that still hold strongly onto our psyche and assist you on your journey through unravelling of your souls timeline while gazing at past life events ,
We will do a hypnotherapy session where we will go on an intentioned discovery into specific lifetimes
Why do you hold phobias or fears in this lifetime that just don't make sense to you. Lack of confidence whilst speaking out in groups or lack of assertiveness.
Freeing yourself to be at your highest potential. Gaining a huge understanding of why we behave and react as we often or usually do.
